With view to compiling feedback and opinions from various sectors on the draftrevision of Regulations Governing the Establishment and Use of Dedicated Telecommunications Networks, the National Communications Commission (NCC) held a public consultation meeting on April 25, 2024. Over 100 stakeholders from various fields attended the event, which was considered a great success. This draft revision is proposed to align with the transfer of authority for frequency allocation and management to the Ministry of Digital Affairs, as well as enhance the management of both networks and radio stations. NCC shall continue to accept public comments on the draft until May 28, 2024.
