Welcome to the website of National Communication Commission (NCC). We at NCC extend our utmost respect for your privacy and are committed to protecting it . In order for you to u tilize the services available on our website and understand how NCC collects, uses and protects your personal information , please be sure to read the following information :

Any unauthorized attempt to compromise the website’s privacy, integrity or utility is strictly forbidden. Violators will be punished by law.
In order to ensure the security of the website and its continued operation, NCC has adopted the following security measures.
1.Network attack detection equipment that monitors all incoming messages and information from the internet and blocks intrusions made with malicious intent.
2.Firewall equipment to restrict connections from specific IP addresses.
3.Server security maintenance and antivirus software to prevent sabotage or unauthorized access to ensure a secure browsing environment.
4.Vulnerability detection software to randomly scan the network system for weak spots .

I. Scope
The following privacy policy is applicable to all activities conducted on NCC’s website, including the collection, usage and protection of users’ personal information. NCC provides  links to third-party websites for your convenience and information. If you access those links, you will leave the NCC website. Should you visit linked websites, specific privacy policies stated on such websites will apply.
II. The collection and use of personal information
1.NCC will not collect users’ personal information when users are browsing or downloading files from this website.
2.Online events and surveys
When you participate in our online events or surveys, you may be asked to provide relevant personal information depending on the nature of the activity.
3.E-mails and the “Write to the Chief” service
If you are writing e-mails or using the “Write to the Chief” service to present your opinions or queries regarding relevant services, you will be required to provide accurate personal information to be used as a basis for information confirmation and reply.
4.When you browse NCC’s website, the server will automatically keep a log of the IP address of the device you used to visit the website, the duration of your visit and the information you have viewed on the website.  This data is only used as a reference to help us  improve  the service quality on this website, and is only used internally. This data will be kept confidential.
5.The website shall not use cookies note or transfer information of any form to the users’ device.
Ⅲ.Protection of personal information
1.In accordance with the terms stated in the protection of personal information Act , NCC is under legal obligations to offer the utmost protection for the personal information it has collected through its website with the exception of in the following circumstances.
A.Users violate the regulations stated on the website, i.e. abusive language or personal attacks.
B.To protect or defend the rights or ownership of relevant individuals.
C.To safeguard the rights of associated agencies listed in this website.
2. NCC will not disclose users’ personal information for sale, trade or lease to any other organization, individual or private enterprises with the exception of in the following circumstances.
A.To cooperate with legal investigations conducted by judicial agencies.
B.To cooperate with investigations by relevant competent authorities.
C. In special circumstances where NCC has reasons to believe that disclosing such information is necessary to identify, contact or bring legal action against someone who may have violated the law .
IV.Amendments to privacy policy
NCC’s privacy policy is subject to amendments at any time . A mended terms will be posted on this website.
