The design of this website was developed according to the AWDG (Accessible Website Development Guidelines) in compliance with the accessible website design regulations to provide features such as referring URLs, Site Navigator, Access Key and so forth.

The main content of this website has been divided into three major blocks:
1) The upper block of links
2) The menu block of links
3) The block containing the main information

The command descriptions for Access Keys available on our website are provided below:
Alt+U：The upper block of links takes users to the items on top of the webpage.
Alt+M：The menu block of links takes users to the menu of the webpage.
Alt+C：The block containing the main information takes users to where the main information on the webpage is presented.
