On May 21, 2019, NCC, Taiwan Chemical Fiber Co., Ltd. Longde Factory ,Meeting with various disaster prevention operations agencies,Participate in the assessment the Environmental Protection Administration, and the Yilan County Government jointly hosted the "2019 National Toxic Chemical Substances and Joint Disaster Prevention Exercise of Yilan County".
　　Additionally, a mobile disaster relief mobile communications platform vehicle, partially subsidized by NCC, was also dispatched by Chunghwa Telecom to participate in the exercise to coordinate with the National Army sky frequency satellite terminal and communications platform vehicles of Yilan County Fire Station with the shared objective of strengthening communications in areas that may be affected by a chemical related disaster and ensuring that 24-hour voice and data communications in such areas can be maintained.
