Notices of Telecommunications Business that Stops Providing Telecommunications Service for Telecommunications Subscribers Pursuant to Paragraph 2, Article 8 of the Telecommunications Act (Apr. 21, 1999)

1. In order to standardize Telecommunications Business pursuant to Paragraph 2, Article 8 of the Telecommunications Act, notices are specially established for Telecommunications Service Operators who shall stop Telecommunications service by which the provider provides contents that disturb public order or good customs.

2. This notice so-called Telecommunications Business means business to operate Telecommunications service for the public use and issue special authorization or a license of permission by the MOTC.

3. This notice so-called government organization means organization includes central and local government.

4. For Telecommunications Business that receives a written notice of government organization or a written report of the public to accuse Telecommunications users who violated the situation pursuant to Paragraph 2, Article 8 of the Telecommunications Act, verified to violate the regulations, they shall stop providing that users against the regulations who lease Telecommunications service according to Act.

5. Government organization with necessary verification to confirm the situations that violate Paragraph 2, Article 8 of the Telecommunications Act shall inform Telecommunications business in a written form that stops providing Telecommunications service for that Telecommunications users against the regulations.
A written notice in the proceeding paragraph with the official documents that record Telecommunications Service Type, telephone number, illegal facts, liaison unit or personnel of organization, liaison telephone or fax number that ferret out to violate Paragraph 2, Article 8 of the Telecommunications Act shall file a letter to receiver unit of Telecommunications Business or that Telecommunications Business that appoints to conduct for that Telecommunications subscribers.

6. The public who acquaints oneself with using special Telecommunications service for violation of the situations pursuant to Paragraph 2, Article 8 of the Telecommunications Act shall report to Telecommunications business in a written form.
Telecommunications Business who receives an accusation in the proceeding paragraph shall discuss with police organization to help collect and ensure the illegal facts.
The public who accuses in a written form shall specify real name, liaison address and telephone number as well as describe the facts of concrete accusation. Telecommunications Business shall keep secret for the identity of accusers. Those who need to provide pursuant to the regulations or lawsuit shall not be limited herein.

7. Telecommunications business that conducts to stop Telecommunications service operation established by notices shall stop operation procedure of Telecommunications service and legal effects pursuant to a written contract established by operation constitutions and subscribers.

8. Telecommunications business that stop providing Telecommunications service as a result of involving in a lawsuit in accordance with Point 4 shall stop providing service that government organization shall give necessary assistance to inform Telecommunications business in a written notice.

9. Telecommunications business shall appoint dedicated unit or establish the received window, which is in charge of handling about the fact that violates Paragraph 2, Article 8 of the Telecommunications Act. The processing situations shall correspond to the related government organizations or the public who accuses since handling is completed within 10 days.
