Research on Observation of Telecommunications Service Quality Supervision Mechanism中文

According to the Telecommunications Management Act’s article 18, companies meet the criteria "Standards for Identifying Telecommunications Companies with Special Obligations" of the National Communications Commission, are required to conduct regular self-assessments using the designated format (Telecommunications Service Quality Items and Format). It is also necessary to disclose the results of these assessments. The regulatory authority has the authority to periodically inspect the quality of telecommunications services and make public the inspection findings. The company also submits the results of its consumer satisfaction survey to the regulatory authority for record-keeping.

Given the increasing variety of telecommunication services, it is necessary to come up with consistent criteria and mechanisms for evaluating them. This will enhance the quality of telecommunication services in the country and align them with international standards, meeting the demand to safeguard consumer rights.
