This study collects information on the management systems of OTT TV set-top boxes in various countries and regions. Through the analysis of infringement cases involving set-top boxes and the organization of expert symposiums, recommendations are made for regulatory adjustments and inter-agency administrative cooperation to prevent and combat infringement by OTT TV set-top boxes.
