Federal Communications Commission (FCC) Deputy Chief Economist Jonathan D. Levy, accompanied by Yuntsai Chou, Professor of 21st Century Foundation, and Mr. Geoffrey C. Siebengartner, Economic Section Officer of AIT, called on the National Communications Commission (NCC) and was met by NCC Commissioner Chorng-Jian Liu, Shi-Chung Chang and Shyue-Win Wei on Tuesday, June 28th 2011. They exchanged views on spectrum management, spectrum reclaim and auction, licensing, the digital switchover, and network neutrality.

NCC regularly exchanges views with international communications regulatory bodies through such official visits and bilateral meetings in order to stay updated on the latest key policy developments and experiences.
