Along with the development of innovative technologies of mobile broadband and IoT, and the constantly increasing domestic demand for controlled telecommunication radio frequency devices, there should be reasonable management laws and regulations and supporting measures for the management system of controlled telecommunication radio frequency devices. In light of this, NCC has commissioned a research team to analyze the relevant rules and measures for controlled telecommunication radio frequency devices among advanced countries, based on which the domestic management laws and regulations related to controlled telecommunication radio frequency devices can be reviewed and modified in order to improve the rationality of domestic market management system while keeping radio waves in order and promoting the development of relevant industries. This study can be divided into two major stages, including the mid-term stage for completing the analysis of management systems of wireless radio frequency device markets in major countries, and the final stage for proposing the suggestions for domestic policies on the management of wireless radio frequency devices.
