Mr. Kaoru Nishimatsu, the manager of the Anti-Spam Consultation Center, Japan Data Communications Association (JADAC) called on the National Communications Commission (NCC) and attended the Japan-Taiwan Anti-Spam Bilateral Meeting.中文
Mr. Nishimatsu, accompanied by NCC Legal Affairs Department Director Kao Fu Yao, called on the National Communications Commission (NCC) and was met by NCC Commissioner Wei Shyue Win on Monday, September 5th 2011.

Mr. Nishimatsu is the manager of the Anti-Spam Consultation Center, which is committed by Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications and accounts for the analysis of Honeypot data, spam information exchange channels, international cooperation and consultation of spam issues. He is quite experienced at Anti-Spam relative technology and affairs.

Mr. Nishimatsu came to Taiwan to participate in the Japan-Taiwan Anti-Spam Bilateral Meeting which was held by Taiwan Network Information Center (TWNIC). In addition to having a discussion on the bilateral cooperation and the future expectation with the representatives, Mr. Nishimatsu also shared legal and practical ideas in Japan with all participants in the morning session. To let the all participants get more information about the history of practical anti-spam activities and solutions in Japan, he gave a speech and shared Japan’s practical experiences in the evening session. During the session, he also interacted with the participants to exchange opinions and had a deliberate discussion on the Anti-Spam and relative issues.
